Gail’s skills as a Life Coach come naturally. I found her to be authentic and professional. While coaching with curiosity, empathy, and courage, she was able to inspire and enable me to both learn and do what worked best for me."

When it's time to move on and find your 'how'...

As someone who is motivated to help others I became a Life Coach. As such my focus is on
coaching people who are now ready to move on with acceptance and learn how to find joy following a loss.

When we experience a significant loss, be it a spouse, partner, child, parent, sibling, pet, friend, a job or our health, it can be overwhelming. Everything in our life can be turned upside down. Time carries on but we may not as we grieve the loss.

Although it can be hard...

Moving on in life is a healthy choice. History has shown that we all move on at some point after a loss. When we do is an individual choice as each one of us moves on when we feel ready. Feeling ready means we’ve learned the importance of acceptance so that we’re able to live with our grief. For some people, ‘how’ to move on is the sticking point. And that’s where supportive coaching can definitely help.

A Life Coach is a guide who encourages and enables you to learn and understand more about yourself.  Through your self-awareness, a Life Coach empowers you to design and then take the right steps in order to make whatever you want your future to be. This then becomes your ‘how’.

As a Life Coach I am passionate about helping you find your 'how'!
